Setting a Pastor's Pay

This resource is limited to some very general information that I believe would only assist those in a church planting setting or where there is a brand new board in place. It really does not address such things as ministry experience, education level, or how to evaluate the cost of living in the area. Basically, this tool advocates that a pastor ought to get paid and there are some things that can be done to help with tax issues. I wish there were more a few details provided in the topics listed, or at least the number of pages in this pdf. I'd probably suggest a looking for a different resource for those wanting help determining the compensation appropriate for pastors.
