How long will it take to get my order?

All orders, besides pre-orders, are shipped in 1-2 business days and should arrive within a week. You can select your preferred shipping method upon checkout. If your order is over $75, you will receive free priority shipping with tracking.

How can I expedite my order?

If you need a product quicker than our normal delivery time, feel free to select one of the Priority Mail or Next Day Air shipping options. We will ship this out that day so you will receive it in the required time frame.

I want to ship my order outside of the United States. Can I order from this store?

We currently only ship to the United States since most of our products pertain just to U.S. law. You can purchase a downloadable resource outside the U.S. however.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

Yes, but for more likelihood of success to receive the product, please use a physical street address.

What are the shipping and handling charges for books, CDs and DVDs?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% Guarantee for all of our resources. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (book, CD or DVD), or if it is damaged or defective, please fill out the contact us form.

We will gladly accept returned items within sixty (60) days of purchase for a full refund. For books, CDs and DVDs, if you're not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, please fill out the contact us form or call 877-247-4787. If you contact us within 30 days of the ship date you will receive a full refund to the credit card you used. If it is after that, discretion will be used by our customer support staff for refunds.

Please note, downloadable products such as an eBook or PDF, cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly provide you with another downloadable product at an equal or lesser value. Please fill out the contact us form or call toll-free at 877-247-4787. Some restrictions may apply.

How to Return an Item

For prompt processing, please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product, your name and address, your account number, and the item number of the product you are returning. You will find the product item number on the packing slip. Or feel free to mail back the entire packing slip with your return.

Damaged Good Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product we sincerely apologize. Please contact us. Damaged or defective items can be substituted for a product of equal or lesser value, or you can be refunded for the purchase price of the product.

The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or you received the incorrect product.

How do I get my download?

If you purchased a digital resource and did not download it from the order confirmation page or from your confirmation email, you can do so by logging into the store with the email and password you used to purchase.

Once logged in, you can click on the order number and then click on the blue download icon, and from there you can re-download your product.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, but we suggest trying to order through the site first. You can order products by calling (877) 247-4787. We do have limited hours from 8AM-4PM CST so please call only if you need help to troubleshoot issues with ordering online or special ordering situations.

I preordered a product but when will it ship?

When you preordered your item, the order page indicated the month when could expect shipment. If you need further details, please fill out the contact us form or call 877-247-4787.

What if I haven't received my hard goods order?

You may contact our Customer Support team through the contact us form or call 877-247-4787 to check the status of your shipment or have your order reshipped.

What is your reprint policy?

Reprinting is not permitted for book, DVD or CD product unless you have been granted permission to do so. For reprint inquiries, please fill out the contact us form. Please use "Permissions Inquiry" in the subject line of your email.

For downloads only, you may make copies provided the copies are used in your local church only, and distributed without charge (including tuition or entrance fee). If a credit line doesn't appear on the copy, please insert the following:

Why does my password not work when I check out?

For security purposes, the Church Law & Tax Store and the website ( do not share the same password. So if you are also a subscriber, the login you use to access the website and the login for the store will not be the same. Therefore, you can either set up a new account at the Church Law & Tax Store here or upon checkout. If you think you may already have an account from past purchases, you can reset the password here.

Can I save my personal information?

We can store all your credit card and billing information safely, simply, and securely which makes checking out easier. We also utilize PayPal and ApplePay on checkout, so you can safely and securely check out with those options as well.
