    Huge help

Posted by Barnabas Sprinkle on Sep 7th 2022

This was truly helpful to our personnel and finance teams, to review our compensation. Our finance team always wants to save money and our personnel team always wants to treat the staff better, and this gave us an objective benchmark. As lead pastor, I've recently moved to this area, so I wasn't sure my gut sense was reasonable. This gave clear comparisons, both to national salaries, local salaries, local cost of living, and other jobs outside churches my employees might be comparing. It also left blanks where they had too little data to compare, which seemed honest to me. With a reasonably-priced subscription, we were able to do this for all of my program staff (11 people). And it took only minutes to do each report.
